Charter shipping from Hamburg to United Arab Emirates

The project

We recently coordinated a charter loading of a turbine (9.13 x 6.45 x 4.50 metres – 184 tonnes) and a generator (10.60 x 3.93 x 3.65 metres – 215 tonnes) and various accessory boxes. The loading included 112 colli with a total weight of almost 906 tonnes and 2,000.63 cubic metres.

The ship arrived in Hamburg on 29 August. Loading began at 07:10 the next morning (1st shift) and, as always, the quay workers at the Wallmann Terminal were well prepared and all the boxes were successfully loaded and stowed.
